High Street to Host Free Back-to-School BBQ Bash With Atlanta Braves’ Blooper This Saturday

On Saturday, July 26, the community is invited to celebrate the end of summer at High Street’s Back-to-School BBQ Bash. Taking place on the green from noon to 1:30 p.m., this free event will feature an exciting appearance by Blooper, the beloved mascot of the Atlanta Braves.

Families can enjoy tunes from a live DJ, snap keepsake photos at the event photo booth and enjoy Bo Kno’s BBQ, including menu favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad and green beans available for purchase from the on-site food truck. The first 100 guests will receive free barbecue.

Guests are encouraged to explore High Street’s retailers and restaurants before and after the event. With great food, fun music and local flair, the celebration is a spirited way to kick off the school year.
