Embark on a one-night culinary journey at Maya Speaktiki as we partner with Saca Espantos Mezcal Artesanal for an exclusive four-course mezcal pairing experience. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 16, guests will enjoy expertly crafted pairings that showcase the unique flavors and traditions of artisanal mezcal.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by four thoughtfully curated courses featuring grilled shrimp skewers, adobo chicken tostadas, churrasco chimichurri, and tres leches dessert. Each dish is paired with a distinct Saca Espantos mezcal, including Espadín, Tobalá, Tepeztate, and Arroqueño, creating a memorable tasting experience from start to finish.
